How It Works

This site features the merchandise collection that has been approved for Apple employees to order.

The merchandise is custom produced for each request submitted. This is not an online ordering site for stocked merchandise.

A simple how-to.

  1. Click on "My Account" and set up your own account. This is not the same as your AppleConnect account. This account set up is unique to this site. Each time you visit the site, you must login to submit a request.

  2. Browse through the approved merchandise. The merchandise categories are located on the left side of the home page.

  3. Tailor your selection as you browse through the approved merchandise. Input the quantity you are requesting for each item and select "Add to Cart". Since each item is custom produced for each request, minimum quantities and production/delivery lead-times* do apply for each item. The first quantity noted in the tiered pricing is the minimum quantity that must be ordered for each item.

  4. Click on "View Cart" at any time to see what items you have selected to request. The cart will allow you to modify or delete an item you have selected. A subtotal is provided. The subtotal does not include freight or VAT.

  5. Accept the "Terms and Conditions", then click on "Begin Quotation Process" and proceed to verify your quotation details.

  6. Click on "Submit Quote Request" once you have reviewed your selection in your cart. The request form will automatically be submitted to the Apple Brand Merchandise Team at Staples Promotional Products Europe Ltd. You can also contact us directly at Apple@MarkeCreative.com.

  7. You will receive an auto-generated email Quotation from official Apple vendor Marke Creative Merchandise Limited, a Staples Inc. Company. THE QUOTATION MUST BE USED TO RAISE AN INTERNAL APPLE / APPLE AGENT PURCHASE ORDER, AND SENT TO Apple@MarkeCreative.com. You may also pay by Credit Card.

  8. A Customer Service Representative from Marke Creative Merchandise will get in touch with you to confirm your request, delivery date, payment details and any other required information. They will also inform when your order has been placed.

  9. You can view the request you submit by clicking on "My Account > Order History" at the top of the page.

*Lead times for delivery vary based on the item and the quantity ordered. Plan ahead to allow time for delivery for your next upcoming event.
